I love keeping busy whether on vacation or staying home. I enjoy a variety of activities and have tried many over the years, but as I age, I tend to stick to the sedate activities of wine tasting, antiquing or hiking, however, my love of horses means it will be a long time before I am ready to give up horseback riding. 

Having raised 3 children, we have done our share of amusement parks.  The family favourite is still Universal Studios in Florida, especially since the addition of Harry Potter rides. We have been visiting this park for over a decade and always enjoy it. 

When my husband and I travel alone to Florida, we prefer to visit Disney. There is so much choice with the 4 parks but our favourite has to be Epcot. Definitely an adult wonderland filled with faraway places we will never visit, along with some fabulous restaurants that can transport you thousands of miles away.
