ICELAND

ICELAND

Iceland was never on my bucket list but after my sister fell in love with the country, it was somewhere I had to go.  It is still growing as a tourist destination which is why I am glad I got to see it before it becomes too commercialized.  The Icelandics are very proud of their country and their roots and will do all they can to protect themselves from the masses and keep their country beautiful while still being hospitable and welcoming to those who want to see a diverse, pure country.

Read 3 different perspectives of Iceland in the blogs below. I travelled several days with amazing tour guides and enjoyed a very special day with my sister driving along the coast and taking random roads to nowhere and I also spent some time with the beloved Icelandic horses.

My sister’s love for the horses, people and country led her to start her own unique boutique tour company catering to groups small and large. She puts a lot of love and thought into the itineraries and they are truly special and will take you off the beaten track to places you never imagined you would go.  Check out her website and explore more than I have shared below:  MajesticIcelandics.
